This down to the studs renovation reimagined a 1906 San Francisco home while preserving its timeless character. The entire structure was lifted 3 feet to make way for a 3-car garage and 10+ foot ceilings across four upper floors.

The project included a full foundation replacement along with both vertical and horizontal additions to expand the home’s footprint. Classic detailing-fully paneled walls, multi-piece crown moulding and baseboards, and refined casings honor the home’s architectural roots.

Modern upgrades include integrated smart home technology for lighting, window treatments, and entertainment, radiant heat, high-efficiency heat pump HVAC with A/C, and a solar array with battery backup for long term performance and resilience.
